Chef Holly Smith enrolled in the International Culinary School at the Art Institutes of Atlanta and received a Associates in the Culinary Arts. Moreover, Chef Holly has work as Chef for Gladys Knight Chicken and Waffles, and catered for several corporation and small business like Warner Brothers Studios, Tree Sounds Studios, Mike Epps in conjunction with the Tupac Amaru Shakur Arts Center Foundation in Atlanta, several private functions.
Smith believes the quality of our food is just as important as our clients. We purchase as much organic, local and seasonal food, as available, in order to provide clients with the freshest and most delectable dishes your guests have ever tasted.
